"It’s a historic building on the National registry. When planning your visit you need to be aware of this. The building is over 100 years old, and subject to the extreme desert conditions. We found it charming. The room and bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were great. The only downside was that we arrived after a flooding and in the common area was a musty smell, but not in the room. The employees were very friendly and very informative! We were unable to take a tour of the opera house; however, my relatives had and recommended it, which we plan to do on our next trip there. "

"We stayed in a casita which was great because there was heavy rain so we could spread out inside. The casita was wonderful space wise. Furniture is a little stodgy but fine. Very clean. Staff was wonderful especially Michelle in the dining room who gave us a ‘tour’ of the artwork - original Remingtons etc. All the staff we encountered couldn’t have been nicer. Would come back again.
