"Staff all very helpful and in the restaurant too.Room v clean. Just one thing - we couldn’t turn off bedside lights so slept with them on. In the morning asked reception and there is a small button which we didn’t notice under the light. Pity it didn’t tell you that in the room. "

"Very convenient hotel located a hundred metres from the beach front. Rooms are large and clean, staff at reception very welcoming and helpful. The car park across the road (at a discounted rate) makes it very easy and practical. It may not have the glamour of the Grand Hotel, but is great value for money and you can still walk across for afternoon tea and be back in your room in mere minutes."

"Lovely big room with a big comfy bed & a balcony overlooking the seafront, West Pier & i360 The reception team were efficient & helpful & the staff in the bar & restaurant were great - especially those handling the busy breakfast session with cheer & speed! "
