"Lugar tranquilo, com excelente localizacao em São Paulo perto dos lugares de grandes eventos e de facil acesso (ao lado da Marginal Pinheiros), tem um Mc'Donalds atravessando a rua, mas tambem possui uma cozinha suficiente para preparos do dia a dia. Unico lado ruim as vezes sao os hospedes que nao sao acostumados em Hostel, e acabam chegando tarde da noite fazendo barulho e acordando a todos, por isso verifique as condutas presentes nas paginas. De resto, excelente lugar e recomendo muito."

"Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment.
Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished.
I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods.
The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."
"I had to wait at the security gate for over 1.5hrs because they never sent me the clearance form to fill out. Then when they finally sent me them and I get to my room there’s a cleaner still inside cleaning, so I had to wait another 30mins for the room and they had to come back later with towels and bedding. Room and property is nice but the company that runs the rental is very disorganized. When booking make sure you get the security forms to fill out before check in and you should be ok"

If I would want to be super picky, the bathroom in room 206 needs a coat of painting, the sink drains a bit slowly, and the balcony door takes some effort to close completely shut. But those are minute details, the room was very clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely come back. "
