"The room was clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was fresh with many options including hot items. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. I will be staying here again on my next trip!"

"The stay was great and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I did not like how we had to switch rooms due the carpets being re done and then getting transferred into a room over looking a parking lot instead of the beautiful river, which would have been nice giving that was my first rooms view and they couldn't make an expectation for me. moving almost an entire weeks worth of stuff to another floor. The room we got transferred to was a little bit to messy from stains on the wall and ceilings to parts of the floor looking like a cat was scratching on it for months. The fourth floor also did not smell the best. I always didn't like how the overnight staff would not say anything to guest that were being way to loud and running around the hotel late at night. I did enjoy the breakfast for everyone and the pool. Overall the stay would be like 3.5 out of 5"

"Our stay at TRU, was great. We arrived at 6 PM and the staff member at the front desk was very friendly. He was an African-American guy. I cannot remember his name, but he was very friendly and very helpful. We had food delivered, and he made sure we have plates and napkins, which was so kind of him. The hotel rooms were clean. I will say the bathroom could be a little cleaner. I did see hair in the shower and all of that so could’ve been a honest miss. The pool area was clean and fresh towels were readily available. Pool area, Everything intact nothing broken. The morning breakfast was very simple. I like the idea of having wrapped apples and the the staff was helpful when the pancake mix ran out and also one of the staff members helped my child with instructions on how to make the pancake. Check out was very easy and overall, we were happy with our staying."
