"Nice clean hotel staff was amazing Food at the restaurant was amazing.. Really helped my nephew with his allergies The only problem I found was rooms were being cleaned at 3-6pm a bit late for me .. I also needed a gown which I could have ordered but released on the last day But it was an amazing stay .. i can’t moan "

"Central location candolim. Nice pool area. Comfy bed. Balcony overlooking street for a bit of people watching. Very kind and friendly staff. Lots of shops and restaurants in vicinity. Excellent food available by pool or room service. Very good value. Manager Mr Benoit always around to help with advice etc."

"Overall, our stay at Riva was pleasant, the beach was very convenient and clean, the staff were courteous, helpful and the resort is as green and lush as you could imagine. The spa was great, and the gym facility was readily accessible and clean. The resort and restaurants themselves are great, but have some strange policies- the resort refuses to give you a second room key which makes the stay quite inconvenient. The rooms have a button for DND, which disables when you take the room key out...

What makes it exceptional is the service - the team are faultless, were there for our every need - need something off the menu? another towel? a pen? print something? arrange a taxi? provide local guidance? eat early? eat late?...

"Stunning lakes surrounding the rooms where you are able to fish. Bats and birdwatchers heaven.Friendly attentive staff and mostly British holiday makers. Adequate breakfast and easy to get out and about around the local area. I would return."
