Very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, at a great area. Everything was comfortable. A bigger bathroom than most hotels. Big window for natural light. Lots of free amenities. Great smell too.

We would stay at the same hotel for the future trip. It has its hidden beauty and modern. It locates in Namba area. Namba area is one of the Osaka major touist hub for everything. We use Namba as a point of reference for navigation. Highly recommended it.
