Excellent

We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again.

It was a satisfactory stay. The room was reasonably large. Food in the restaurant was good.

money & time

Hotel staff are very uncooperative. They don't take food orders properly and blame us for their fault. The room badly maintained. Room 205 in which we were staying, the bathroom door wouldn't close from outside. When we asked the staff to fix it, the repairwoman attending us told us that it can't be fixed, that's how the door. The door was eventually fixed after notifying the manager again. The morning guard at the parking was very rude and unhelpful.For the money we paid we were expecting a better service.

A great hotel

Excellent hotel, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable there was a room heater for cold weather and a.c. for warm. We tried a variety of food and found everything excellent. At the back of the hotel there is a lane which goes up to police bazar. Its a little steep but was interesting to see all the vendors all the way up to the top. Only downside was the water in the bathroom was either tepid or cold.
