"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient, with parking right behind the hotel, and it was great to have breakfast included. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and both room service and housekeeping were reliable. The only downsides were the lack of plug sockets near the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient, the absence of a shelf in the shower for toiletries, and (on a lighter note) it would be great if bacon was included at breakfast too. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with just a couple of minor practical issues."

The gym is amazing and if you want this from a hotel this is for you. Good location and some good deals to be found. Can sometimes be out of my work budget. "Good sized room, very centrally located next to shops, restaurants, and transport. The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff were all lovely and really make you feel welcomed."

"Clean single room for an overnight stay, the hotel is literally opposite the railway station and Piece Hall and town centre are a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some tic perhaps, but the rates are very reasonable and the bed was comfortable. Some rooms face a busy road so some traffic noise, but not too bad. Would stay again."
