"Awful hotel! I paid £189 for one night as it was convenient for the piece hall. Absolute rip off! Could hear the bed springs as soon as I sat on bed. Bathroom very dated. No hairdryer so couldn't wash my hair. No lift, had to walk up several flights of stairs! The hotel should be renovated ASAP!"
