I had a huge room, with two double beds and a small sofa and seating area. The bed and pillow were quite firm, which I like, but guests should be aware of their own preference. The check-in experience was quick, scanning my passport into a machine, with staff on hand to help. You also had to check out with the machine, instead of just handing in your card to a drop-off box or to the staff there, which seemed a bit slower. Staff spoke English. Amenities available in Reception included...

Free airport bus shuttle was easy to find and great for us getting to and from airport. We booked this hotel to stay the night before our long flight home so we weren’t travelling early in rush hour with kids and luggage. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Able to get more pillows and plenty of free amenities. The free breakfast was good too. The Lawsons in the hotel lobby was handy for getting dinner and snacks and meant we didn’t need to leave hotel.

We liked: Location to Narita Airport. Free shuttle to airport and shops. Spacious room with good view, excellent bed and quiet. Restaurant buffet was good value for evening meal. Free breakfast was substantial. The foyer shop provided a good range of daytime meals. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were very attentive, engaging, delightful and helpful. A real human touch. Overall great value for money. We would definitely stay there again.
