Sonesta Select Indianapolis Carmel

"The property was great and we felt safe and sound there. The TV was really good and had a nice selection of channels for about all tastes. Room was clean and carpets were in nice clean condition. The bed in my room was VERY comfortable. Slept all night without waking up one time for noises or problems from the mattress. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I had a couple questions for them. If I had to pick on anything at all, the breakfast was a "pay for it" in-house one. I got there at near 9 AM, which was not quite the end, 9 AM WAS when it closed. I can't say if it was good or bad. At 8:45 AM it was all cleaned up and closed. This is not a very inviting way to keep people coming back to their hotel, if breakfast is what you are looking for in a hotel stay. Otherwise, if you are looking for a good clean place to stay that is safe and comfortable, this would satisfy your needs."

"The parking was ample. enough supply of everything was available. The sofa bed however was super uncomfortable. Requested an extra mattress but that was denied by the staff. but otherwise everything else was decent"

"Absolutely loved staying here for a long weekend, the restaurants near the hotel were convenient and good! Loved having breakfast in bed. The hotel itself was very clean and staff was wonderful. Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"The bathroom in the room was not in good shape. The black out drapes were not not working properly. The breakfast was same everyday, it should be changed every day. No butter was available for the toast."

"We got two rooms for our stay. The rooms were very clean. We chose this hotel for cleanliness, the pool, location, and the rate we were able to get through hotels.com. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt it was more of an adult hotel than accommodating for children. The upkeep on things showed that wasn’t done often. The screen door to the balcony didn’t want to open. My son stepped on pieces of the pool that were falling apart and cut his toes. The dresser drawer had missing handles. Overall the stay was decent. There are parking fees for daily parking. I did miss that memo🙂"
