Room appeared OK on first walking in however the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were the most lumpy pillows I have ever seen - they must be many years old and are extremely uncomfortable. There was no soap available in the soap dispensers. There were white stains on one of the pillows ...

Sapphire Hotel
The location is great close to train stations and buses. Close to restaurants and 2 malls. It's just the room super small I like big rooms I didn't do the reservation my friend helped me. Of course in London is super expensive so probably to get a bigger room will cost more money.
