We enjoyed out stay and the staff and facilities where great. The only problem was, we got kicked out of our room 3 times during the Friday night/Saturday morning because of a faulty fire alarm. Pretty much ruined our stay. I hope this doesn't happen to other people and I'm just thankful that this happened in the summer time and not in the middle of winter. Totally avoidable.

Staff at the reception wasn’t so pleased. Gave us a room on first floor very noisy and when wanted to switch they act like there is nothing else and said “that’s what happens when you check in early” we arrived 10 min before check in time. They could give us the choice to wait for a better option…. Regardless after a bit of argument they managed to find us a better room. Costume service and being nice to guests should be first priority. The bed was very comfortable and the room is nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. We were disappointed that we couldn’t have a drink on the rooftop as the pictures are showing. It’s only if you pay extra then you get to access the rooftop.
