Decent spot to stay when visiting Calgary. This is my second time coming here and it was good the first time but this time we had issues with the plumbing, water in the shower wouldn't drain normally so you're stuck showering in a pool of water and breakfast was a bit lackluster as well, didn't expect a proper hotel treatment but it was okay at best.

The delux suite at the SAIT Hotel was as nice as any conventional hotel. Great bed, lots of space, quiet. Beautiful view from the 22nd floor.

Overall it’s great! Very good location, near Calgary downtown. Staff were very nice, breakfast was included and great. But the living conditions were not very comfortable.

Nice hotel if you like to relive your university days This is a student dorm turned hotel during the summer. Very nice facility and fair price. Good basic breakfast. The only thing is there is no air conditioning and despite opening the window, it can get fairly hot. Some nice local restaurants around and a quick Uber away from downtown.

Property is so spacious..good value for price. We were 7 adults and occupied 4 rooms. All of us are amazed by the cleanliness of the rooms. Downsides are no aircon and no hot water kettle. Parking was far.

Initial check- in said about $106.00 CAD with all taxes. Bill came to $138.00 instead Parking about 2+ blocks equivalent away from check in area. Included breakfast was just the average. Staff was OK. Unit was typical dormatory and wasn't worth the cost by any means.

Unfortunately this stay was pretty awful. It is a super cheap stay in Calgary so that's a bonus, but next time I'll be staying at Hi hostel for a better stay. They have no cutlery/coffee makers/ anything in the rooms, (btw cutlery in the entire hotel except for breakfast), the room had no A.C. and was extremely hot, and the bed was awfully uncomfortable - I think it might have been hospital beds. Former dorm, but they changed nothing about it to turn the place from hotel to dorm. would not recommend staying

This is a great place to stay if you have a large family (like us) or are traveling as a group. The beds are not wonderful, but they did the trick. The room was fairly clean. We loved that there was space for the kids to spread out and relax. The train was walkable distance away for traveling. The breakfast provided was good, just your basics but worked great for us. The one thing we didnt appreciate was the walking distance from the parking garage to the building we were in, doable but inconvenient. Nothing they can really do about that though as being a hotel isnt really their main priority there :) all in all we appreciated our stay and will probably stay there again in the future.
