"The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. "The Japanese restaurant service needs improvement. We were told on Sunday the buffet price was 278/ person, the next day would be 248/person. We came in the next day, Monday, we were refused service because it’s 8:40pm by 2 young girls. Then another woman told us we could eat there but we can only order once and the price is 278/person except lady customer.
Internet is very slow and needs to be reconnected every day (sign in). You also need a China mobile number to sign in to the internet....
