"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times before, but many years ago. It is in the help of all the shopping and eating, so the location is 10 out of 10. However, this time I decided to stay with them again. But the hotel is looking super rundown and the hallways and rooms smells like rotten egg. "We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."

"The hotel charged me $10 USD for using three tea bags. There was no sign in the room telling me the possible charge. In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice.
