I have stayed in wonderful hotels all over the world and can honestly say that this hotel stands head and shoulders above anything I have experienced (Not just the fact that it is the 3rd highest hotel in the world). Amazing views and great rooms! Restaurants shut early before 9.3O so went hungry! Bar is nice with similar great views but limited food! The bar on the 100th floor is shut though? Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright.

Absolutely the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen! Outstanding staff, with an impeccable butler service. Don't miss the scrumptious morning, and evening buffet. So many international dishes, which are prepared with the highest of standards! Access to the metro is a snap, and it is beneath the King Key building. One never has to go outside to ride the system. This is my only choice of properties when my travels bring me to Shenzhen!
