Everyone on staff was so friendly and they offered all kinds of things that hotels at this rate do not, including free water, an excellent breakfast beyond the usual, and an excellent fitness center. All the equipment looked brand new, they offered nice towels, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was, too. The only reason I gave it four stars twice was because the hall carpet was very dingy and wrinkled. I think if they replace that with something brighter, clean, and installed properly, it would get five stars, all 'round."
