"Hi Team Shangri-La, We had a fantastic day and a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the experience was excellent. Concierge greeted us straight from our Uber and assisted with our bags, and check-in was handled brilliantly. We were able to check in early, and our luggage was already in the room before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 2612, and the harbour views were absolutely lovely. We also spoke with in-room dining. There was a small hiccup with one snack, however the bill was quickly adjusted to reflect this. Everything else we ordered was quite good, and the matter was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a really positive experience and a credit to your team. Please pass on our thanks. "Loved our stay! I booked it based on previous ratings and it was all we hoped it to be. Great place!"

"Please contact the hotel in advance if coming in late and you need a parking spot, they have been understaffed so you need to get instructions for late check in. Convenient for the ferry and great view form the room. The bar downstairs closes early so it's not loud and we were able to get a bottle of wine to drink. The food in the breakfast space is ok not really that great for the price, but that could be just the time of year. We have to go back to Sydney again and really want to stay there."

"Fabulous hotel and in 1406 we must have had the best room in the hotel for the view of The Bridge for the NYE fireworks. Great access to the Sydney CBD across the bridge."
