"Very convenient being located at zoo, super relaxing, lovely guided evening tour ($extra) and morning tour, plus got to roam the zoo so got to see all the animals. One staff member was not very informative and was difficult to understand, otherwise the rest were great."

"The area was beautiful and very peaceful, staff were generally nice and helpful but amenities were a little old. Rooms could use some screens on doors to get fresh air without mozzies."

"I couldn't stay in the room they were offering me. Tiny, musty, old ,dark, no room to move, no view of anything. Wasn't offered a bigger room. More like a backpacker/ hostel tiny room. I had to forfeit the full amount I had paid and moved to a better class hotel. Not for me I'm afraid. Prison cells are better than that!"
