EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots.
Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed.
The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too.

Perfectly situated, you can walk to so many places including the night food market without the noise of the main road. The rooms was clean and with all that's needed. The staff was really helpful and professional.
The swimming pool was definitely a nice ad-on considering the weather.

It’s not the grandest of entrances to a 5 star hotel, but when you get up to the 8 floor reception I have to say everything is fantastic
The rooms are fab, bed and pillows so comfortable

Across the road from KL Twin Towers and easy access to taxis.
Good room facilities, kitchen utensils and also ironing. Friendly staff and cleanliness of room and hotel.
Lovely view from pool of KL 360 tower and also KL Twin Towers.
Buffet breakfast was limited. We didn't have time to have lunch or dinner there.
Airport shuttle bus fare is expensive (double in comparison to Uber fare)
Spa was great, however our appointment was rescheduled on 3 occasions.
