Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. "The hotel was charming and had adorable decorations. My kids were thrilled with the Minions everywhere. The room was clean. There were a few water spots on the wall and paint peeling in the bathroom but we barely noticed. My daughter loved the window bench. The rooms were well priced. The breakfast buffet was expensive. It was very close to the park and convenient. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. My only complaint is that the only English Channel on the tv played the same movie on repeat."

"For anyone planning to visit Universal Studios this place is ideal! Close to a transit station, only 1 stop to Universal or could walk there (15-20 mins walk). Vending machines for drinks and ice cream in the lobby area. Self Check in is done through a tablet, no customer service reps there so be aware that it is unlike a traditional hotel that way. Didn't get a chance to try the hot springs (note that if you have tattoos you cannot enter, and also not allowed to wear a bathing suit). We also really enjoyed the breakfast!"
