"This hotel is in a very convenient location, with lots of good choices for restaurants in walking distance, as well as the alcazar and cathedral being a 15 min walk. The front reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the welcome basket, especially the oranges! We would have liked different pillows, since there were only bolster type there and we didn’t find them comfortable. Overall, a great stay! "
