"The room was lovely and the shower was amazing but the food options if you aren't up to eat late are kinda terrible and the prices are definitely gougey for what you would get. Probably because it's an airport hotel and so it's your only option. I couldn't get vegetarian food served at the time I was awake so I ended up going without. Sound proofing is either lacking or else I just had very loud neighbours."

I fully understand that hotels.com option was non refundable. So I just wanted to have a confirmation response from the hotel side. I asked through the app but didn't get any answer from the hotel. "Teníamos dos noches reservadas, pero por problemas con nuestro vuelo, solo pudimos quedarnos una noche. El check-in fue problemático ya que a pesar de haber avisado por varios medios que llegaríamos al día siguiente, nunca nos respondieron. La comunicación con el hotel fue nula. Hoteles.com se comunicó con ellos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema. Sin embargo, al momento de registrarnos aparecíamos cómo "no show". Pudimos finalmente solucionarlo pero pasamos un mal rato. A pesar de quedarnos por una noche nos cobraron el impuesto municipal al turismo por dos noches... En fin..."
