"Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. Entire city is less active in winter not just resorts... as far as we could gather all resorts partially shut down in winter"
"We had a lovely time all the staff are lovely
Room was gorgeous and very clean.
Bed was massive and so comfortable .
Bottle of wine in room on arrival and the view was stunning.
Pool that was open outside was heated other pools and decking was being maintained as we went out of season but more then adequate.
For future reference could do with toilets open also on far side of other pool.
But a beautiful well maintained hotel our 5 visit we’ll go again later in the year
"
"Room sevislce average, the bed not clean and old, staff not professional all over, accept the bar staff they were good. the bed in the room was full of biting small bugs, can you imagine, we couldn't sleep at all , we kept complaining to the receptionist, then they sent a notice to the hotels guests that they the hotel wants to spray the rooms !! Cats were all over the hotels, in the restaurants , in the lobby, they jump all over none stop, the night entertainment was poor and boring, most guests they were playing cards because they were bored. The swimming pool was kept always colder than average, at 24 degrees, ansld sure never 28 degrees. And they had about 3 football teams as a guests in the hotel, unfortunately most of them they didn't obey the rools for the hygienic for the sauna and steam room etc. Finally, i felt sorry and upset that it was a waist of my money, especially in comparison to the hotel which we stayed in before this hotel. "Side turkey " even this hotel they it cost more then the previous hotel which we stayed in just before we moved to this hotel, "
"My wife surprised me with a holiday to the Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort for my 50th birthday.
We just got back today, and I am only giving this resort a 5 star rating because there isn’t an option for a 10star!!! I am well travelled, and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The food and service was amazing, room spotless!
We began to experience their stellar service from the booking process up until after we got back, and yes, that included the VIP fast track service through the airport that made us feel really special. Our Maxx Assistants were seriously on the ball, and throughout our experience, they thought about what we needed or wanted before we even knew it ourselves. We were presented with a pillow and room fragrance menu, to test and pick from when we checked into our room, and the level of attention to detail by the cleaners and night turn down service was outstanding! All the staff bring their A game & go many extra miles to make sure that your experience is unmatched. We had the best Maxx assistants that we could have asked for. Behind the scenes unknown to me, our assistants Behnam & Aleksandra helped my wife to put together a video of birthday tributes from friends and family across the world which were played to me in a private cinema setting, when all along I thought it was a movie we were going to watch. This experience left me in tears!!! This place is very family friendly, so we’ll be going back with my family this year! 10 star!!!"
"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢
We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great."
"This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages.
The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink.
The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families.
Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting.
We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!"
