Every year I come to Singapore I always question moving out from the city to the island for a few days ……. But once there I am reminded why I and my best friend (who meet from opposite sides of the globe) love to come to Sentosa . The staff were great but a particular shout out to Maha who was incredibly helpful when our check in was delayed and checked in with us repeatedly during our stay . A beautiful resort with friendly staff. It is slightly out of the way, but taxis in Singapore are very inexpensive so that was not a problem. Overall, the staff have been well trained and go out of their way to assist you. The only slight problem is with room service who try hard to please, but have difficulty understanding English.

Air conditioning was awesome and needed. Such a great location and easily accessible to all things available to see and do in Sentosa. Mins walk to everywhere or the tram was so easy to ride.

We have stayed multiple times in various hotels in Singapore (including some fancy central city hotels), but this is the first time I've felt, wow - I want to come back here. Peaceful, great pool and facilities, excellent breakfast - great views of marina. Not in the thick of things if you are looking for that, but easy enough to get to city centre or other parts of Santosa Is by shuttle or taxi if you want. For us - perfect spot for relaxing to break flight from UK to New Zealand.

We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!

Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

As a single female traveller visiting at a very busy time of year (Singapore F1) I am sometimes overlooked with staff being very busy. Here I found there was great attention to in-house guests and was never made to feel awkward or ignored.. Every little detail was covered and it was the perfect stay

The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Upgrades are difficult to come by in terms of points as their loyalty program has its limitations as the brand geographical spread is limited . Marina Bay Sands is an absolutely amazing building and a real experience in itself. The rooms are stunning, beautifully finished and exactly what you would expect from such an iconic hotel. The location is fantastic and very hard to beat. The choice of restaurants is second to none, and the shopping centre is incredible — virtually every designer and luxury brand you could think of is available. The Infinity Pool is something very special and definitely one of the highlights of staying here....

Excellent breakfast-best to go early to avoid crowds. Caters for all tastes and food very fresh. Room very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels. Very handy for shops and restaurants.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific for 12 nights in November and loved everything about the suites. Comfortable lounge and bedroom with fantastic views of the Singapore Flyer. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary breakfast served everyday except Sunday with good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order as well as oriental dishes. There are 2 MRT stations within walking distance and Beach Road is also well serviced by buses. Lovely polite, courteous staff always...

The hotel was very good. When I arrived I was upgraded and the room is very nice and clean. There is only one restaurant in the hotel but the food is excellent. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is also very clean. The hotel has a nice quite and peaceful atmosphere close to the center but away from all the noise.
