first the positive: Nice polite and helpful staff. Good location too with respect to town centre etc. Bed in twelve beds dormitory. Lucky it was off-season. I can't imagine the amount of noise 12 of these old squeeky beds would make together. The room is below ground with next to no natural light or ventilation. Even though it's the most budget option in town I think 20Eur for this is a little high. Also a laundry service for 10Eur, when they don't have a dryer is on the steep side.

Super quiet room with 12 beds. Everything was clean. Restaurant next door was also great. Super close to bus station! Easy walk from train and grocery store and gym.

It is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the shuttle bus station. You can take shuttle there to Ephesus. Train station is also nearby. You can take train to the airport. A lot of restaurants in that area.

It's a nice little place right in the old town of Selçuk (the Byzantine Ephesus after the settlement has been relocated from the original Greek settlement). It is a tranquil location, tables outide, small pittoresque streets around. Car parking right in front of the guesthouse on the opposite side of the street. There is practically no car traffic in the old town on the hill although car access is possible everywhere. My room had a balcony to a backyard with trees, on which I used to sit evenings. Also AC in the room which I didn't have to use, as I kept the balcony door and window closed during the day and open during the night (while I was out durig the days). Regular checkin was between 10 and 12 or at other times by phone appointment, even late in the evening. I found my stay very pleasant and would probably go there again.

The room is dirty, and toilet doesn't work. the owner is not honest. we booked 3 rooms with breakfast, and he put us in a large room with other people which can hold 12 people in a room and no breakfast. he said his wife is sick and no breakfast anymore.

Mixed review of many issues but cute space.

Cute place but some issues. Smoke from others came in the room making me cough all night that they were there. Noisy as they came and went non stop. No sound proofing. Fridge doesnt work at all. But the room is cute and air con works, tho blowing right on the bed on my neck. People are nice but took out my own garbage and had to ask for daily water. And breakfast is very small. Wifi does not work in room at all. Yet the courtyard is beautiful. So.... Mixed.

Güler yüzlü ve kibar işletme sahipleri bizi memnun etti. Kaldığımız oda temiz, bakımlı ve konforluydu. Çalışması gereken tüm demirbaşlar sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Konaklamanın yeri icabıyla oldukça sessiz sakin bir yer olması ayrıca güzeldi. Merkeze 100 mt mesafede olması ayrı bir avantajdı. Kaldığımız oda Deluxe Tek Büyük Yataklı Odaydı ve 2 kişi için yeterli bir alana sahipti. Hatta gömme elbise dolabı bile vardı. Ayrıca geniş bir balkona sahipti. Genel olarak bu tip bir konaklama için tam bir f/p oranına sahip. Gayet memnun kaldık.

Maalesef çok kötü

Odada banyo yoktu koridorun karşısına geçmek gerekiyordu kullanımı kişiye ait olsada banyo yapmak için sıkıntı yaratıyordu. Kaldığımda otelde fazla müşteri olmadığı için rahattım ama kalabalık bir zaman da ne kadar rahat olunabilir kim bilir. Kadın misafirler için de yine sıkıntı yaratacak bir otel koridorda havluyla dolaşmak biraz tuhaf olabilir. Oda içerisi aşırı küçüktü ne kıyafet yerleştirecek bir dolap ne de adam akıllı bir masa yoktu yerdeki halı toz içindeydi temiz terlikte yoktu 2 gece kaldığım otelde yerleştikten bir gün sonra alabildim terliği. Resepsiyonda gün boyu kimse yoktu ama arandığında hemen ulaşılabilirdi. Klima hem doğru dürüst çalışmıyor hem de dışarda yağmur yağıyormuş gibi bir ses çıkarıyordu. Buzdolabı da aynı şekil çok gürültülüydü. Görevli beyle pek sohbetimiz olmadı kibar ve sevecen biriydi ama bunlar otelin eksiklerini gidermeye maalesef yetmiyor. Ses yalıtımı da iyi değildi duş başlığında çatlaklar vardı ve suyu yavaş akıtıyordu. Gece üzerimize örtmek için serdikleri battaniye ufak minik bir bebek battaniyesi gibiydi zayıf ve minyon biri olmama rağmen gece üzerim açıldığı ve sürekli gürültülü klima ve buzdolabı yüzünden rahat uyuyamadım. 1 nolu odada kaldım

Felaket bir Otel Boomerang!

Reseptionda kimse bulunmuyor. Kadın, ihtiyaç olduğunda; yan taraftaki kafe’de bulacağımı söyledi. Sıcak su olmadığından, soğuk suyla banyo yaptığım yetmiyor gibi; havlu da yoktu. Otelin yanındaki kafe’de, kadına söylediğimde; havlu istemediniz, dedi. Ertesi sabah, kahvaltı yok; onun için ödeme yapmadınız, dedi. Sonradan, büyük bir şans eseri ödediğim paranın içinde kahvaltı da olduğunu gördüm. O parayı ödemediğimi söyledi. İnternet üzerinden ödediğim miktarı bulup; gösterince, lütfen bir kahvaltı verdi. Ertesi sabah erkenden ayrılacağım için, 7:30 da kahvaltıya gittim. Fakat, otel dışındaki yer kilitliydi. Otelin Kapısı da, otomatik olarak kapandığından; yarım saat soğukta bekledim. Saat 08:00 hâlâ kimseyi göremeyince, 08:15 gibi telefon açtım. Evindeydi, ve “Bağırarak, daha saat yeni sekiz oldu.” De ddi... Otelcilikten hiç mi hiç anlamayan bu otel sahibi için, ne diyebilirim ki?

Otele ulaştığımda resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Giriş işleminden sonra yan taraftaki Cafe’de olduğun söyledi. Duş alırken, sıcak su gelmedi. Soğuk suyla acele bir duş alınca, havlu olmadığını fark ettim. Resepsiyondaki bayana söylediğimde, havlu istemediniz ki; gibi absürt bir cevap aldım. Sular da, bir tamirat işi olduğundan; sıcak akmıyormuş.

Nada más llegar me hicieron una introducción a todo lo que podía ver en Selcuk. Fueron muy flexibles a la hora de hacer el check in y el check out. Todo muy limpio y además tienen restaurante donde aparte del desayuno puedes comer un auténtico kebab. Totalmente recomendable

Great value for the price > quiet with a resedential feel. the hotel stay was comfortable and the basic amenities provided were good. The pandemic has slowed the rush of tourists and its impact can be felt in this town as well.
