Although we didn’t use the sauna or the rental car, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to get around Asakusa. What truly stood out was how amazing the staff were. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place to others."

"The place is lovely and way bigger than every other hotel we looked before, the bathroom is super spacious and loved the shower/tub setting. It was super clean and the hotel provided clear instructions and super helpful tips on how to go around the city and how to get there easily. Super quiet and great to have a nice sleep and recuperate for the busy days and lots of walking we did every day. Having a washer in the room was a plus, and if in a rush, a full laundry was around the corner. "
