Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon arriving at the hotel, we found that the hotel had stopped operations due to covid since the past year or more. But it is still listed on Expedia. The owner was kind enough to return around half the amount in Srilankan rupees and was quite apologetic about the whole incident.
