I love it here this was the second time staying at this hotel and myself and my son cannot wait to go back! Definitely making my membership with this company as the service is always welcoming, and the facilities and rooms are super clean. The food is a great price and good quality to! It is in the heart of downtown Seattle with shopping just around the corner, and Pike Place is a walkable distance.

It was good. I travelled with another two couples and the last couple were placed two times in rooms that were already occupied. They almost got late to the concert we were attending because of that inconvenience. At the end they were placed in a huge and beautiful suite because they weren’t more rooms available. Easy access to all downtown attractions. Easy parking and access to hotel, clean rooms. Wasn’t impressed by the lack of hot water in mornings. Hot water can be limited when hotel busy. Hotel parking is stairs only, no elevator. Picture of hotel pool on Expedia makes the pool look big. Pool is small and hot tub is really small.

Our stay was ok. Didn’t like the fact that cleaning crew didn’t get to our room till 5:00 in the afternoon and didn’t clean, make the beds, or leave us towels

They must have been doing some maintenance, but there was constant knocking sounds. Like some was lightly hammering. Nothing crazy, just annoying.
