Not suitable for families with small children. Lots of homeless and smell of weed just a couple blocks from the hotel. However if you can avoid walking, the hotel is great and the hospitality is amazing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very convenient location. We were 3 women traveling alone and felt completely safe in the area. It's located right next to the Amtrak/light rail station and the stadium entrance is steps away. There is also a free waterfront shuttle that stops right out front. Parking isn't the greatest, kinda expensive but expected for the proximity to the stadium. We didn't need a car though so it worked out perfectly. The onsite restaurant is really good too.

This property was excellent! Close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. Loved the 13 Coins restaurant and bar attached.

There was a big stain on the couch but everything else was clean. When checking out I was told I didn't need the room key to get out of the garage, got to the garage and you do need it to get out. Had to go back in and get a cardkey to get out. Good location for concerts, etc. walkable to Pioneer Square bars and both stadiums.
