"Be aware of a lack of ventilation. Stayed for three days. The bathroom extraction did not work meaning water vapour build up in the room. Condensation covering the windows and wet walls with black mould. Potentially a health hazard. "

"No available breakfast facilities. Restaurant was full of lethargic American tourists who were supposed to have cleared so other guests could eat. Room aircon did not have ability to cool room. TV remote and interaction with the TV could be politely described as cumbersome. "

"All excellent meal very good However all bar restaurant staff had been on very long shifts were tired and moral was low which impacts on them and customers, clearly more staff are needed "

"Staff were lovely and welcoming. We were expecting a basic room but it was a bit too small and basic. Was clean enough but not amazing, bright yellow stains all on the floor near the toilet. Could hear everything from the pub below - noisier than other pubs we have stayed in. "
