"Stay in hotels all over the UK amd this stay at the Holiday inn express was faultless. Spent two nights there amd ticked all the boxes needed for our time there, including helo with parking which was a short walk from hotel and very cheap (think was £12 for two nights). Parking or nearby, decent bar, food nice, and spotless rooms that's all I ask for lol"

"Modern hotel well kept. Disappointing staff service as a football match was on. Hotel bar tried to close early, expensive for a basic service level. But would probably stay again as amenities where good. Not cheap for what it is."

"In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to water, which he did. In addition, the property did not have hot water. when I contacted the owner again, she said look for a hot water turn on. we looked and could not fix this issue. The owner stopped taking my calls and would not respond. This was the worst stay we have ever encountered. The only reason we chose this place was for the included parking and the ability to do laundry, which was not the case. The false advertisement and the unacceptable conditions of no hot water was the reason for our poor rating"

"Staff were lovely and welcoming. We were expecting a basic room but it was a bit too small and basic. Was clean enough but not amazing, bright yellow stains all on the floor near the toilet. Could hear everything from the pub below - noisier than other pubs we have stayed in. "

"There was no heating on during my stay; the room was cold. The TV on the wall had no nearby socket to plug it into. The lamp on the table had no socket to plug it into. Two of the pictures on the wall were shocking. The curtains were back to front: the right side faced out, and the lining faced the room. Moreover, they were really thin with lots of human hair between the lining and the curtain. "
