"Property was in the process of closing down the following week for a rebranding effort. It was in need of basic maintenance/repair, "breakfast" was marginal, carbo rich lacking any protein. Front desk personnel were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Expedia needs to do better due diligence before listing properties."

"breakfast was mundane same options every day and the hot selection was tepid not hot and very over cooked. the cold selection was standard continental type of fare parking was great never any issues finding a spot etc. staff were friendly and helpful "

"Room was the best of any hotels we stayed in during our trip to AZ. (Clean, smelled fresh, curtains closed well, AC worked well). Breakfast was almost $12 and was minimal for that amount of money. I have to eat gluten-free, so they only charged me for a couple hardboiled eggs and a yogurt which was appreciated. Hotel is in a good location to access Scottsdale Old Town, the airport, and the Phoenix botanical garden all being an easy 20-30 minute drive depending upon traffic. The hotel has a nice outside swimming pool, and many people were outside enjoying it and tanning during the day. I appreciated the desk area since I had an online class one of my days there. Only issue was the shower curtain was hung too high for the shower so water was running off the curtain onto the floor when we'd shower. The front desk said management is aware. Hope they take care of this issue before the hotel has water damage. "

"We stayed in a villa which was nice and big. In room laundry, which you are expected to wash your own towels, they don’t offer housekeeping in the villas. Not a problem for us, we just did not know this ahead of time. All the pools were really nice, never had an issue getting loungers. Only complaint is that the coffee shop/convenience store was only open until 3:00. It was also the only place to get breakfast on the property and it only ever had one staff working so was very slow. And also only one restaurant on site, but it had a good menu and the food was good! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! "

"Standard hotel experience. Ideally located across from popular outdoor malls. But the front desk staff are apathetic and dismissive. Clearly do not like their job or perhaps just their personality. Either way, should not be the client facing employee interacting with guests. Made time there somewhat uncomfortable. "
