"Absolutely superb hotel, stunning interior, fitting modern amenities in with the historic interior design. Excellent on site restaurant with the exceptional waiter. The food was excellent especially the venison casserole with broccoli and then the chocolate chilli for dessert 🍨. Not forgetting the superb breakfast."

"We loved our one night stay here. I was worried because I didn’t realize there was no lift on the property, but the staff was very helpful in getting us to our room. "

"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Ian gave us a tour if the castle along with a history. The rooms were cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram when we were unable to find a taxi. Sue and Ian are a friendly helpful couple. "
