"Good afternoon, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at the Windsor Hotel. This was my second time visiting, but on this occasion I brought my daughters so they could enjoy the pool, especially since the weather was warm. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and I was neither informed in advance nor did I see any notice about it. Regarding the room, I noticed that the lamps were not properly arranged, there were no utensils in the kitchen, no wine glasses, and the shower was the worst I have ever experienced, as there was no water coming out. Additionally, there was no breakfast available, which was also disappointing. I was also charged $57, and I am not sure what this charge was for. I would appreciate your clarification on these matters. Thank you."

"Gave our room away because arrived later in the evening. Room construction on the floor, Marijuana smell in the elevator. Room was so cold when we arrived, it felt like the north pole. Parking charged me money but the parking gate wouldn't accept the code sent to me. Had to wait for someone to leave in front of the hotel and park there. I feel ripped off. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and come home on occasion. This is by far one of the worst stays and experience I've ever had. Terrible stay."

"Perfect place to stay when you have an event at the stadium or ball park. We had an amazing view from our room. Staff was excellent. Beds were so comfortable. We also had room service the first night and food was excellent. Also loved the valet service so we could just check in and not worry about parking. Would stay again."

"We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would expect."
