She gave me the loveliest welcome and instantly made me feel at home. She went out of her way to get me sorted for breakfast, and did it all with such genuine friendliness and kindness. Her positive energy really made my stay extra special and memorable. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, beautiful surroundings, total comfort, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!"

"It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard."
