"The hotel did not advertise that they are under construction. I arrived in the evening and they allowed me to check in without informing me. After receiving payment then they told me. An hour later once i viewed the place i told the desk i wanted to check out because i was not comfortable there. They refused me a refund, but I thought that the false advertisement allowed me a refund. I did not stay more than an hour but they received payment for 4 nights. This is just a fraudulent process and no customer should experience this"

"Breakfast was great., no hot water in shower, let it run for all time and never got hot. Was very disappointed had to take a cold shower on a rainy day."

"The rooms had a very loud type of generator or very strong air conditioning units on the 3rd floor that rumbled my room, one night I had to close the door of the room from the living area bc it was such a strong sound that it was hard to go to sleep, Saturday I stayed in most of the day and the whole day this AC unit or compressor sound was so loud off and on I had a hard time relaxing on my day off. I talked to the night clerk about it and he came to my room and kept saying he didn’t hear anything, then after a while he left to go check and he seemed very bothered about me asking what that sound was and loudness was my experience from that stay , a machinery AC unit /Compressor? Made the room shake a little . "

"Pool was small and over crowded. Pool was cold. Hot tub was nice but small. The hand soap dispenser in room was empty. Bath tub drain was clogged and not draining properly. The rooms are very noisy. You Dan gear people above you and beside you. The beds are less than average as far as comfort goes. The plus to this hotel was it felt safe and the shuttle was convenient to the airport in the morning. Very nice staff but hotel is over priced. "

"Old and run down. Rooms give an old motel feel. Our bed was awful. Imagine an air mattress that has lost half its air in the middle of the night. Front desk was very friendly… but that’s not enough to want me to recommend or stay at again"
