This hotel was in the heart of Bowness and Windermere. The staff on the whole were fantastic and friendly. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable with a brilliant view of the lake. Breakfast was as expected for £15

It was simply a perfect 10 on every account. It was an amazing stay in a splendid hotel. The staff from the reception to the maintenance staff were so friendly and welcoming.
