West Retford Hotel, BW Signature Collection

"The hotel was easy to find and we parked up early and walked into town which was very close by until our rooms were ready. The room itself was spacious with seating area and lovely views of the gardens - we were on the first floor of the separate block. The room was clean with complimentary tea & coffee, etc., and there was a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. The bed was kingsize and very comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful and really there was nothing to complain about other than the window was difficult to keep open, but there was a fan available. We had a meal in the Orangery which was delicious, the breakfast was lovely too and we had drinks in the bar all of which was very reasonable priced, bearing in mind usual hotel prices. Every single member of staff was efficient and personable and the hotel should be proud of them. All in all we had the perfect stay and would highly recommend the hotel, its amenities and staff."

"Our second stay and we love the place and will definitely be staying again! A perfect location for visiting Lincoln. Quirky old style character room. The breakfast is delicious. The best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! There were even some umbrellas to borrow as it was raining. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This place is awesome!!"

"As one would expect from a four star hotel the room was clean and well appointed. A lovely bathroom with very good shower. The evening meals were superb with everything beautifully cooked. The breakfast food was also very nice. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Parking was easy with plenty of room. Rather than drive into Lincoln we took a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Just a five minute ride into the city."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, especially for anyone travelling by electric car, as there is a rapid EV charger nearby. This made charging the car easy and hassle-free during stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Overall, a comfortable room, convenient location, and excellent service made this a very enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again."
