"This was our 3rd year staying here we love it. Our room this time was not as nice as the past years. It was smaller and seemed a little more run down. Everything else was just great! "

"The shower water went full cold while standing in it, housekeeping was asked to bring more decaf coffee and did not do so, the downstairs lobby bar was closed at nine o'clock on Friday evening - we were looking for an Irish coffee, the valet service is ridiculous at $50 per day, the room itself was very small with only one bathrobe, no sitting room and very poor storage for clothes. All in all, we would never go back to the hotel despite its great location. There are too many other, better, choices. We checked out a day early and went elsewhere."

"I didn’t like anything about the room, the hotel was close location to where I needed to be and it was for a minimal amount of time."

"Allowed an early check in 👍 Had a really cool poolside room with a curtained patio. We spent all afternoon poolside with drinks from great bartender. Only downside was we came back from dinner/drinks @10:30 pm and power was out on the whole block 😔outside their control. Management was accomodating to this issue."
