Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
When we came they said that we havent paid for the room and they did not speak any english. There was no reseption there and they cleaned our room 1 day, and they throwed our bustickets home to Kosovo in the garbage. We try to reach them thru e-mail, but they said that they diddnt throw our Tickets. The toilet was broken, and sometimes it wassnt hot water in the shower.
