"Last time I stayed I found in the bathroom floor , little things that looked like ants. I was afraid they could be in the bed. Did not sleep well thinking about it. Usually hotels offer a bottle or 2 of water and will have toothbrushes/ toothpaste available for sale ( They don’t ). Comparing it to the first few times we stayed there. Things are different now. Very sad I had given 10 out of 10 before. I hope they really consider my comment and stay on top so the Hotel doesn’t fall behind. "

"I booked this place for 2 different times during my week stay. On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. We arrived and only had 1 shower for 10 people and the property was 30 min further than planned. There was nothing given in return for the inconvenience or extra miles or time it placed on our trip. They reassured us when we were coming back into town that we would be able to stay in the original location which was true. Unfortunately, upon arrival there were only 4 beds in the home (to sleep 8) we reserved this stay for 12. There were also 7 towels. When I reached out to the host she said they would take care of it the following day and send someone to set up another mattress. I told them that was not acceptable and we needed somewhere for people to sleep. They told me they wouldn’t do anything because it was Easter and their employees were home with their families. Nobody came for the duration of the time. We were sleeping on couch cushions on the floor and thin sheets. It was very disappointing, I would never recommend this place. Our feet were also filthy just from walking around the house. Look somewhere else. I’m not hard to please, so the fact I’m writing a review is enough said. "

"Host cancel 30 minutes before check-in. Sent us to a smaller place that was not convenient for nine people. Took two hours to take a shower with one bathroom. Host is dishonest. They should not be on Expedia. They are scammers."
