Nice and convenient

Convenient location. Just 2 min walk to the scenic Otaru canal, and lots of nice restaurants. Hotel staff is nice, speaks good English, and has arranged Japanese style room with tatami as requested. Great fun for a family!

The STAFF are amazing they were the BEST, helped all the time. We only stayed one night but would stay again. Having the breakfast food option was great too.

フロントを通して11階のレストランを予約しましたが、 予約が通っていませんでした。しかしソムリエ、スタッフの感じはよく満足なのですが、2名でセットメニュー1品と、アラカルトを注文させていただきました。「肉は200グラムですのでお二人に小分けしますか」とのお話で、二皿に分けて提供されました。アラカルトが来た段階で何か肉の量が多いと気ずき、更に「セットにはドリンクが2品つきますので、もう2ドリンクどうぞ」と言われたこの段階で二人で3品注文していたことに気ずきました。レジでは注文を読み上げられて「お間違いは有りませんね」ということで「ハイ」とお答えしました。 非常に美味しかったのと、ビールワインなど2品がセットになっている割には価格が手頃、ソムリエ等の対応も丁寧、お勧めしたいです。
