"The hotel is clean and free public bath for hotel guests. The breakfast is very nice and offer sashimi. The room is not too small for two people. You can walk on straight road from the hotel to the shopping area about 10mins. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel."

"写真通りに綺麗な宿で、大変満足でした。 チェックアウトの時間が少し早いので、もう少しゆっくりしたかったなと思いました。 安全上仕方ないのですが、暖炉の火がつかなかったのが少し残念でした。 宿はとても暖かく過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティもこだわっていて良かったです。"

30 Jul 2019Nice view of canal though it’s very short. Interesting shops along the walking street. Great sweet cafes! The music box museum is more like souvenir shop. About a half day should be enough time to explore Otaru.
