Although it is a bit outdated our overall experience was excellent and we highly recommended it. Walking distance to Paulista, taxi and Uber service in minutes at all times. Super friendly and competent staff.

We arrived earlier and the concierge said she could take our luggage but we had to wait till 3pm to check in. We ate at the hotel and stayed close to the reception. We noticed that by 2ish some people were arriving and being checked in. There was 3 conventions going on the hotel and we believe they were not interested in pleasing the regular hosts. The first room was overly noise. The second was not noise but the bathroom had mold trapped on the silicone to hold the shower glass. We complained no offer to change rooms ti was obvious the had none available. We rode the elevator with a couple who was going to the reception asking to change room because of mold. The breakfast was just fine. We asked if we could leave the luggage at the reception while we went to the rental car so we could load the car. They said we couldn't park the car to lad because the parking was owened by another company and they would not allow it. We are Pestana Gold members. It seems that in this hotel it doesn't matter. Conference people are priority even thoug they will mostly be one time guests.

Arrived and theyd lost my booking, re eptiin staff was not gery helpful. Just stared at me and shrugged. I made him take a copy of my xonfirmation but he didnt seem bothered. Only when i contacted hotels.com and they got involved was there any movement. He finally found me andvthen regused me an early checkin despite my booking statescearkt check in as id landed at 4:30am. I was allowed to check in at 3pm. The hotel is nothing special, dated and early 90s. Things were broken here and there and it was all a bit shabby. Breakfast so so, again not that nice. Coffee yuk and a lot of meat yuk. Check out took forever as they are so slow. I wont be returning - avoid

I thought the staff is not very friendly. Any request, and they would say “we will check if it is possible “, but not in an encouraging way, not like they really meant it. Not sure if the moral is low, as it happened with all the staff, for all requests, including early check in. I actually sent an email asking if it was possible to have an early check in as our international flight would arrive in the am, and the blunt answer was “if you want to be checked in in the morning, you have to book the room for the day before.”. Not the best way to approach the customer. It is disappointing because we love the location, breakfast is great and we had stayed there in February this year. Will look for other options for the next time.

Hotel bem localizado, excelente café da manhã, almoço no local, você paga um valor e come a vontade. Jantar a la carte. Próximo de restaurantes, supermercados, drogarias, poucos quarteirões da Paulista e dá para ir a pé ao Ibirapuera.

A recepção do Rafael foi ótima. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muita variedade. A localização é muito boa, chegava bem rápido aos pontos turísticos que escolhi visitar. O diferencial foi o maleiro, pude deixar as malas antes do horário do checkin e também após o horário do checkout para conseguir curtir melhor a cidade.

Maravilhosa

Excelente, não tenho do que reclamar, pelo ao contrário, somente elogios. O funcionado João Pedro, que estava na recepção dorme nosso check in, foi muito atencioso, percebeu a necessidade da minha mãe e sugeriu sem custos trocamos para um quarto com acessibilidade e nos emprestou uma cadeira de rodas, e se colocou a disposição a todo instante.

De bom só tem o nome da rede

Experiência bem razoável, desde o check-in, na recepção me cobrou o pagamento de um dos quartos que eu havia reservado e pago anteriormente. Enviei o comprovante de pagamento e mesmo assim na hora do checkout insistiram em me cobrar novamente. O preço pago não condiz com à qualidade das instalações. Um absurdo. Péssima escolha.

Minha experiência não foi boa, pois no site do Hotéis.com consta que tem piscina, e a piscina está interditada faz tempo, faltou água na torneira da pia do banheiro pela manhã, teve um dia no café da manhã que não tinha pão de forma para fazer misto quente. Enfim, a hospedagem não foi nem razoável

Pelo preço pago, não vale a pena. Passei 3 dias e 2 noites, não houve serviço de limpeza de quarto, tive que buscar toalhas novas na recepção, já que a camareira não realizou a troca. Janela do quarto emperrada em um dos lados, parede suja. Apenas 2 elevadores funcionando. Banheiro sem exaustor, com manchas de pintura mal realizada na porta.
