Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services. Room was decent, I had to fix the courtains to block light, and get wi-fi from somewhere else connecting every single hour on the clock :(

Bom custo benefício. Check-in um pouco confuso se a reserva não foi realizada com antecedência, pois depende de interação entre proprietário e a recepção. Sugiro ser automatizado. Espaço amplo, com todos os itens necessários incluídos (lençol, toalha, etc). Limpeza ok. Localização excelente, poucos minutos de caminhada do aeroporto.

Cheguei na recepção, o check in não estava liberado, não obtive resposta do anfitrião, tentei por vários meios, ligação telefônica, whatsapp, e nada, passei o contato para a recepcionista, após varias tentativas ela conseguiu. Adentrei ao quarto, tudo muito sujo, toalhas muito velhas e algumas sujas, colchões espalhados pela sala, quarto com cheiro de mofo, cozinha com talheres guardados sujos, com resto de alimento, geladeira suja internamente, não conseguimos dormir, pois tentei por várias vezes contato com o anfitrião e não respondeu, só na manhã do dia seguinte, onde fizemos o Check out antecipado, desistimos de ficar na acomodação, em torno das 12:00 apareceu uma pessoa, dizendo responsável pela lavanderia que fornece o enxoval, avisamos que estávamos de saída, ela constatou tudo que foi aqui relatado.

O apartamento está um pouco mal cheiroso. A limpeza do banheiro bem como o box e pia, deixaram muito a desejar. No frigobar havia uma pizza, no qual a limpeza não retirou do hóspede anterior. Apartamento silencioso e camas boas.

Experiência muito ruim. O quarto tinha um cheiro extremamente desagradável, de sujeira acumulada, realmente insuportável. O ar-condicionado está em estado decadente, o banheiro manchado e com chuveiro quebrado. Falta total de manutenção e cuidado com a higiene. Não recomendo.

Gostamos muito da estadia. O apartamento é confortável, limpo e atendeu muito bem às nossas expectativas. A localização também é excelente. O único ponto negativo foi o atendimento de uma moça na recepção no momento do nosso check-in, que não foi muito cordial. Fora isso, tivemos uma ótima experiência e voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

O atendimento foi excelente. Sobre o quarto, achei o espaço apertado para a aquantidade de pessoas que informam que pode acomodar, o sofa cama nao é de casal, e os futons sao colchões de solteiro avulsos, No entanto, apesar de apertado. Foi possivel alojar a todos.foi possivel.
