poor internet, fuzzy tv channels. Solid breakfast, late checkout. Disinterested staff at reception. Looks like a place that gets a lot of business during the week and loads up on 2nd string staff at the weekend.

A localização é excelente e o chuveiro, muito bom. Por outro lado, as camas não são tão confortáveis e as paredes são extremamente finas, a ponto de conseguirmos ouvir o ronco do quarto ao lado. O mais incômodo, porém, foi o disparo do alarme de incêndio durante a madrugada: uma vez às 1h e outra às 7h da manhã. Ao ligarmos para entender o que havia acontecido, fomos informados de que o alarme dispara sempre que algum hóspede fuma dentro do quarto, o que nos pareceu absurdo. Esse tipo de alarme deveria ser restrito ao quarto infrator, e não afetar todos os demais hóspedes. Levamos um susto enorme e tivemos nosso descanso prejudicado.

Quarto e banheiro sujos. Atendimento ruim. Falta de água e vários hóspedes precisando mudar de quarto e com impacto nos horários de seus compromissos. Colaboradores despreparados.

Foi péssima, fiz check in à noite quando entrei no quarto ele estava sujo, cheio de garrafa e latas vazias, a cama estava revirada as toalhas penduradas no box do banheiro, ou seja, não estava limpo. Pelo horário no tinha mais camareira para limpar, não me trocaram de quarto, o recepcionista foi lá e limpou meia boca e trocou o enxoval. No dia seguinte eles disseram que teria limpeza no quarto e então deixei tudo organizado e mesmo assim levaram uma blusa branca minha junto com o enxoval para lavanderia. Eu fiz check out e fiquei sem a minha blusa. Completamente desorganizado e sem fiscalização, não tem ouvidoria.

Acomodação agradável, serviço de quarto diário e muito bem organizado. Café da manhã diverso, com reposição rápida e bem gostoso. Apenas achei a iluminação do quarto um pouco escura, quase indireta com bastante led, do resto foi tudo ótimo.

Fiquei impressionado que o lençol que estava na cama era menor que o tipo da cama (lençol para queen em cama king, p. ex.) e quem montou viu claramente que não era correto e não arrumou! Não conseguimos dormir direito a noite toda!
