Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this property. Firstly our check in experience was awful. As this is a privately owned apartment in a hotel, we had great communication with the owner but poor communication between the owner and hotel meant that we could not get to our room until 1am. We have an infant baby... it required us to contact the owner late at night, the hotel staff would barely lift a finger to assist.
Then we found our floor was being renovated and every surface of our apartment was covered in plaster dust.again not great for a young baby. None of this was communciated. If we needed an additional towel, more toilet paper, we had to ask the owner, not the hotel.
We did have a reservation for a second stay which i have promptly cancelled as we cant risk all these complications again when travelling with an infant.
