"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Well located, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful, and promptly addressed any questions or concerns that arose. The location is perfect, with a lovely view of the São Bento Palace and the city center is easily accessible although we found the dining options to be plentiful in the area.
